About me

My name is Pratik Patil. I work as a Junior AI Developer at Corning Inc. — I joined full-time in July 2026 after completing my internship on the automation & integration team.

As a kid, I was drawn to stories like Star Trek , Star Wars , and Mr. Robot — worlds where technology wasn't magic, but something to be understood from the inside out. Those stories sparked my curiosity about systems, security, and control, and eventually pushed me toward learning how things actually work beneath the surface.

I completed a B.Tech in Computer Engineering at Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology . During college, getting involved in VishwCTF pulled me deeper into cybersecurity and hands-on problem solving. I began writing scripts, automating tasks, and experimenting in environments like Kali Linux , gradually adopting the handle 0xpratikpatil as I leaned further into security-focused work. Over time, that curiosity expanded beyond software into hardware experimentation with Raspberry Pi , and more recently into AI and automation — building everyday AI agents using LangGraph , and designing n8n workflows to automate systems with a Node.js ( TypeScript ) and Python stack.

Outside of projects and coursework, I spend time reading about self-improvement and finance, thinking in terms of long-term growth and compounding progress. I enjoy treating both technology and life as evolving systems — constantly learning, refining, and upgrading with intent.
